Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled while it is being processed, shipped, or delivered. Customers must wait until the order has been delivered before requesting a return, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Returns

After delivery, the product cannot be exchanged or replaced. Customers may only request a return within 7 days of delivery.

A return request will only be considered if the product is:

* Damaged or broken upon delivery.
* Defective or not functioning properly.
* Significantly different from what was ordered.
* Missing or has another genuine issue that can be verified.

3. Proof Required

To request a return, the customer must provide sufficient proof of the issue. This may include:

* Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
* A clear video showing the defect or damage.
* Unboxing video, where applicable.
* Order details and any other information requested by us.

All evidence must be clear, genuine, and submitted within 7 days of delivery.

4. Return Approval

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Our team will review the evidence provided and determine whether the issue qualifies for a return.

If the provided evidence is insufficient, unclear, or does not establish that the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise eligible for return, the return request may be rejected.

5. Refund

If the return is approved, the product must be returned according to our instructions. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether a refund is applicable.

Refunds will only be issued for returns that meet the requirements of this policy.

We strongly recommend that customers inspect their order immediately after delivery and report any damage, defect, or incorrect item as soon as possible.
